The only thing funnier than watching this little guy reacting to being tickled is the reaction the squealing gets from my two cats. Cookie, the penguin in the video, lives at the Cincinnati Zoo. According to Huffington Post, this shorter video is now making its way around 'the internets' a second time. Too cute!
