One day out of the blue, I decided I would start this blog. Then, out of the blue, I decided I would start a second blog. I have a tendency to edit endlessly so, ready or not, it is officially launched today.
My interest in food and nutrition waxes and wanes, but it is my intention to start slow and see where it takes me. Let's get it a try, shall we?
