Damned If He Does, Damned If He Doesn't

My guy can't win. Fortunately for all of us, he isn't as petty and hypersensitive as I am when it comes to hypocrisy and doesn't let politics get in the way of his objectives.

Just yesterday - 24 hours - the National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Ken Spain sent out this email to reporters:

"DNC Chairman Tim Kaine gave voters a sneak peak at their 2010 strategy: Play the race card from the bottom of the deck. After promising to transcend the political debate in this country, President Obama and his hand-picked party boss plan to shamelessly engage in race-baiting." (source)

Today, RNC Coalitions Director Angela Sailor sent out a column written by former Virginia Governor Doug Wilder titled, "Why No Blacks on SCOTUS list?" (source)  Politics. What a ride!
