21st Century Hippies: Part 2

Part 1 is here but, unfortunately, I couldn't edit and therefore couldn't finish. For the Daily Show with Jon Stewart video, if you can't watch the entire video at least watch starting at 7:20.

I wanted to include this photo. The man in the long-sleeved shirt with the cuffs turned up, I believe, is Robert Bentley, an Alabama Republican gubernatorial candidate. His political ad claims he will not take a salary until Alabama has reached full employment. Nice. He also says the people of Alabama are hurting and we need a doctor. The first time I saw this I shouted, "you're a dermatologist!". (I know because I've gone to his partner for years.) If, by chance, I have not identified Dr. Bentley correctly, please advise I will correct and/or take down this post.

So, that was my day with the Tea Party. They had hot dogs, but no one to cook them. I only saw one car decorated with Confederate flags. Crackers and tea - you betcha' (wink).
