Repeal 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'

An estimated 600 more qualified and patriotic servicemen and women have been discharged from the military during the last year because of the 'don't ask, don't tell' policy banning openly gay men, women, and bisexuals from serving in the military. Linguists are greatly needed, as well as trained and willing military men and women during this time of two wars.

Duncan Hunter (R-CA) was heard by me today on NPR inciting gay fear in his opposition to the repeal. It seemed he was nervous about the showers and hermaphrodites. No, I'm not kidding.

Homosexual men and women have served in the military for decades, fighting for a country who will not acknowledge them because of who they are and who they love. Call your congressman/woman today and ask them to repeal this harmful 'don't ask, don't tell.
