Here is my revised version of Mark Bittman's Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms (Risotto style) minus the chicken and with vegetable broth. Verdict: Excellent!

I love Bittman's risotto style pasta, though I've only tried it with asparagus.
Pam - It really does taste better, doesn't it? I doubt I would always have the patience, though.
